The Boulder High School Panthers girls' basketball team delivered a commanding performance on January 7, 2025, defeating the Brighton Bulldogs 60-10 in a home conference game.
The Panthers established their dominance early, leading 12-3 after the first quarter and extending their advantage to 31-3 by halftime. They maintained their momentum in the second half, outscoring Brighton 19-5 in the third quarter and concluding the game with a 10-2 run in the fourth.
Sophomore forward Lexi Oder led Boulder with 19 points, shooting an efficient 57% from the field. Senior guard Megan Matthews contributed 17 points, including two three-pointers, and sophomore guard Remi Kingdom added 14 points, showcasing the team's balanced offensive attack.

Defensively, the Panthers were formidable, limiting the Bulldogs to just 10 points and forcing multiple turnovers. Kingdom and Senior Neva Woodson were instrumental on the boards, securing seven and six rebounds, respectively, while the team collectively had 12 steals, underscoring their defensive talent.
This victory improves Boulder's overall record to 4-5 for the season. The Panthers will look to build on this momentum as they prepare to face Northglenn in an away game on January 9.
