The Boulder High Football team took to the field last night for a controlled scrimmage against Standley Lake, showcasing a spirited performance under the leadership of second-year head coach Jesse Jones. Although the scrimmage didn't have an official score, Boulder seemed to have the edge throughout, displaying a bit more physicality and playing with noticeable emotion.
Both teams had predetermined sets of plays to run on offense, defense, and special teams, allowing them to test their strategies and refine their skills ahead of the regular season. Boulder's players made a strong impression, demonstrating their readiness and commitment to the game.

Boulder High is now looking forward to its first official game of the season, set for Friday, August 30, against Centaurus High School.
