Boulder High Boys Soccer showed their class with a commanding 7-0 victory over Northglenn at Christian Recht Field last night. The Panthers took charge early and never looked back, dismantling a Northglenn side that had come in with a 5-5 record but couldn't match Boulder's sharpness and fluid play.
The scoring started just five minutes in when Player of the Match Senior Captain Logan Coughlin fired a "banger" from outside the box, sending the ball past the helpless Norse keeper. It was a statement goal that set the tone for the rest of the night.
Mikel Mackey
Mikel Mackey doubled the lead soon after, finishing off a flowing team move to make it 2-0. Boulder's third goal came courtesy of senior forward David Bojorquez, who burst through on a breakaway and coolly slotted the ball past the Northglenn keeper, capping off a clinical first half for the Panthers.

Boulder's dominance continued after the break, as they maintained control of possession and shifted the ball from side to side, wearing down the Northglenn defense. Coughlin struck again in the second half to make it 4-0.
Bojorquez added his second goal shortly after, showcasing his ability to find the right spaces, and Mackey followed up with his own brace to stretch the lead to six. Senior captain Xander Sevian provided the final touch in the 7-0 victory with a bit of magic, flicking a one-time shot over the Northglenn goalkeeper. The deft touch saw the ball float perfectly into the net, adding an exclamation point to the victory.
